It is part of the ‘Cumberland, MD-WV Metropolitan Statistical Area’. The City of Keyser was incorporated on February 3, 1913.

*** Paving Project *** Residents and motoring public are advised that milling/prep/paving on Spring Street will begin on November 5th and continue through November 6th & 7th. Motoring public are advised to use an alternate route and be alert for construction. No parking WILL BE enforced. Notices will be posted on cars and at homes on the affected area.

Citizens who have not received their most recent water and/or sewer bill may call 304-788-1511 to get their account balance or stop by city hall for account information or a copy of their bill.

A form is available on this website for citizens to report any known/suspected drug activity areas (or people) to the Police Department anonymously. Please do NOT use this for an emergent situation, call 911 instead. Click here to be directed to the page to submit your information to the Police Department.
